Pledge Forms

Our site uses a pledge form for interested parties to request information, make donations or pledges. We collect contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their credit card numbers).   This information is transmitted over secure servers and is ONLY shared with The Komen Foundation Race for the Cure. 

Contact information from the order forms is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. The customer's contact information is also used for donations and to keep in contact regarding our climb.

Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for donations or pledges only.
