Here is our tentative menu on the mountain.

Day 1 - Talkeetna to Base Camp

Breakfast: In Talkeetna

Lunch: Sub Sandwiches or pizza brought from Talkeetna

Dinner: Tortellini with meat sauce, Cake!

Day 2 - Carry to 7800"

Breakfast: Flavored Oatmeal, Breakfast/Granola Bars

Lunch: "Trail Lunch" Random mix of Jerky, cheese, cookies, PowerBar, et.al., nuts, dried fruit, etc.

Dinner: Beef or Chicken Burritos with Refried beans and fresh veggies(not like we need a refrigerator!) Brownies

Day 3 - Move to Camp 1 (7800")

Breakfast: Dried Cereal, Powdered Milk, Bagels, Cream Cheese

Lunch: "Trail Lunch" Random mix of Jerky, cheese, cookies, PowerBar, et.al., Nuts, dried fruit, etc.

Dinner Mac & Cheese with meat sauce added

Day 4 - Carry to 10000ft cache

Breakfast: Flavored Oatmeal, Breakfast Bars

Lunch: "Trail Lunch" Random mix of Jerky, cheese, cookies, PowerBar, et.al., Nuts, dried fruit, etc.

Dinner: Pasta with Creamy Garlic Sauce with meat added

Day 5 - Move to 11000ft camp at Motorcycle Hill

Breakfast: Dried Cereal with Powdered Milk, Breakfast Bar

Lunch: "Trail Lunch" Random mix of Jerky, cheese, cookies, PowerBar, et.al., Nuts, dried fruit, etc.

Dinner: Pasta with Meat marinara Sauce

Day 6 - Back haul to 10000ft Cache

Breakfast: Pancakes with Maple Syrup and *SPAM*

Lunch: Trail Lunch, Cup o Soups in Camp, Pilot Bread

Dinner: Meat, Gravy, Mashed Potato, Cheese and Gravy Surprise

Day 7 - Carry around Windy Corner to @13000ft

Breakfast: Oatmeal Packs, Breakfast Bars

Lunch: "Trail Lunch" Random mix of Jerky, cheese, cookies, PowerBar, et.al., Nuts, dried fruit, etc.

Dinner: Mac & Cheese with Meat

Day 8 - Move to Ganet Basin at 14200ft

Breakfast: Cream of Wheat, Breakfast Bars

Lunch: "Trail Lunch" Random mix of Jerky, cheese, cookies, PowerBar, et.al., Nuts, dried fruit, etc.

Dinner: Pasta with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Day 9 - Back haul to 13000ft Cache

Breakfast: Pancakes with maple syrup, *SPAM*

Lunch: Bagels with cream cheese, Pilot bread, jiffy pop popcorn

Dinner: Burritos with refried beans and meat, Brownies!

Day 10 - Rest Day at 14,200ft

Breakfast: Powdered Eggs with meat sauce, muffins

Lunch: Trail Lunch, Pilot bread with Peanut butter and jelly, Jiffy Pop popcorn

Dinner: Pasta with Marinara sauce and cheese

Day 11 - Carry to 16400ft or 17200ft

Breakfast: Oatmeal packets, breakfast bars

Lunch Trail Lunch

Dinner: Mashed potato and meat surprise

Day 12 - Move to 17200ft

Breakfast: Cream of Wheat, bagel, breakfast bar

Lunch: Trail Lunch

Dinner: Freeze dried meals

Day 13 - possible back haul from 16400ft or rest day

Breakfast: Oatmeal packets, breakfast bars

Lunch: Trail Lunch

Dinner: Freeze dried

Day 14 +/- - Summit Day! (We will carry at least 5 days of food to high camp!)

Breakfast: Oatmeal packets, breakfast bars

Lunch: Trail Lunch

Dinner: Freeze dried

Day 15 - Back to 14200ft

Breakfast: Oatmeal Packets, Breakfast bars

Lunch: Trail Lunch

Dinner: Freeze dried or leftovers

Day 16 - Base Camp or 11000ft or 7800ft or........

Breakfast: Oatmeal packets, breakfast bars

Lunch: Trail Lunch

Dinner: Left overs!

Extras: tea, cocoa, juice mixes, gatoraide, et.al., pilot bread, honey (works just like GU!)
